Get out of your head and into your story.
This isn’t your typical therapy space. At North Node, we use movement, story, and a bit of theatre magic to help you feel more at home in your body and your life. In our workshops, we move, laugh, and explore the stories that live in our bodies. You’ll laugh, cry, and connect—both with yourself and the people around you.
I can’t even explain how good this was. Everyone was so open and supportive, and Liz and Lindsay have this magical way of making you feel safe. I left feeling so much lighter.

“
Okay, I did NOT think I’d cry in a theatre workshop, but here we are. It was such a mix of laughter and emotion, like my body finally caught up with stuff my brain’s been trying to process for years.”
— Taylor R.
“
This was one of the most unexpectedly healing things I’ve ever done. It didn’t feel like “therapy,” it felt like playing, but in a way that made me feel way more connected to myself.

Feel it. Move it. Heal it.
From wellness retreats to creative intensives, we partner with organizations that want to add an embodied, connective experience to their offerings. Each workshop is tailored to the group — part play, movement, reflection, and emotional truth. Using experiential techniques from psychology, theatre, and somatic practice, we help groups access creativity, release tension, and build trust. Whether it’s a retreat, offsite, or community event, we create spaces where people of all ages and backgrounds feel safe to be real.
We’ve facilitated sessions with The Heartspace Collective, The Broke Thesbians, and The Joyful Motherfuckers, and we’re always excited to collaborate with communities who believe that healing and joy can happen in the same room.
Because healing happens when you feel it, not just talk about it.
Here’s what to expect from our workshops:
A safe, welcoming space where you can show up exactly as you are.
Gentle movement &
somatic exercises. No dance experience needed!
Moments of insight, release, and genuine human connection
Playful, improvisational activities that invite curiosity—and lots of laughter!
